(2) The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration may spend, for the purpose mentioned in subsection (1), any revenue received in respect of that purpose. Vote 8cPassport Canada Revolving Fund — In accordance with section 12 of the Revolving Funds Act, (R.S.C., 1985, c. R‑8), subsection 4(3) of the same act is replaced by the following: 4(3) The aggregate of expenditures made under subsection (1) shall not at any time exceed by more than $1 the revenues received in respect of the purpose mentioned in subsection (1).
